Merit Contractors Association provides benefits, training, and human resource tools to meet the needs of the construction industry.

Merit continues to add new, energetic and skilled employees to the construction sector, in partnership with schools to create viable learner pathways through the Merit Educational Initiative Grants.

Merit Contractors Association provided a $400,000 Educational Initiative grant to Centre High Campus for the creation of the Work Ready Pathway, as well as a further $30,000 grant to complete the basement renovation project to build a construction shop on site. Merit continues to support the program with online training, Merit member guest speakers and publicity.
