The Work Ready Pathway focuses on four main pillars: Hands-on-Training, Safety Training, Workplace Readiness and Academics, to give students the skills and knowledge they need to become a skilled tradesperson.  Everything students do in WRP prepares them to stand out in the crowd and launch their career in the construction trades.
