The Work Ready Pathway is a full semester program that prepares students to launch a career in the construction trades.

The Work Ready Pathway (WRP) is free to all Centre High Campus students, and is in keeping with the District’s commitment to providing Career Pathways to Edmonton Public School students.

The Work Ready Pathway (WRP) at Centre High Campus is a Construction Trades Work Readiness program, created thanks to an Educational Initiative provided by Merit Contractors Association Alberta.

The program is designed to give high school students real-world experience in the construction industry while earning high school credits and job certification. It is a career pathway and learning opportunity for vulnerable, undereducated and underrepresented urban youth, providing them with the means to become productive and contributing members of the community.
